► Changes to the Connexions Service
From 1st September 2011 Connexions County Durham will become part of a new service called One Point. This service brings together lots of services for young people and their families so that they will work in a joined up way to support people in their local community. There will be 10 One Point centres around the county and additional outreach venues.
Between 23 August 2011 and 26 August 2011 Connexions County Durham will be closing its centres in preparation for the launch of the One Point service. From 25 August 2011 an interim telephone number has been established so if you need to contact a Connexions Personal Adviser please call 01325 375 905.
We know that whilst we go through these changes you will still need high quality information, advice guidance and support from Connexions to ensure that you move on successfully.
